Honestly, the best way to have an orgasm is to masturbate. Just do what feels good. If you want, you can make it sort of romantic for yourself. Put on some music or maybe take a hot bath. Try not to focus on having an orgasm, just enjoy yourself. Sometimes when you try to make it happen, it doesn't. When you're with your husband, tell him what feels good. Ask him to focus on that. Oral sex usually gets the job done, but someone people aren't so open to it.

See a doctor or a sex therapist. Seriously, there may be physical reasons or psychological reasons. Have you tried masturbating and can you have an orgasm that way? If so, then talk with your husband/lover and give him explicit directions on how to please you. Set the mood, save the time and put yourself fully into it. Read some books.But mostly get some help.

Does your husband know? I would hate to think he knows and has not tried to work on this. I would probably buy a viberator- for yout clit- and start by giving myself one. If you have not talked to your husband about this, I really would.
