I assume you mean Philadelphia, PA (there's also "Philadelphia"s in Mississippi, New York, Tennessee, and Missouri). ->Betcha didn't know that!
Anyway, the average in Phila, PA is normally in the 80s around June, July, August, and into September. But that's just the average, at times it goes over 110 with humidity, other times it's under 50 with windchill or rain... It's crazy.
Weather.com gives the following. Temps are listed like this: June-July-August, all in Fahrenheit:
Average high: 81-86-84
Average low: 64-70-69
Record high: 102-104-106
Record low: 44-51-44

Are you going there for vacation or something? If you do, bring a variety of clothes, you'll need it: shorts, pants, t-shirts, sweatshirts, flipflops, sneakers, etc. You'll need them on different days or at different times of the day (temperatures can soar during the day and then it can get really chilly at night). Be prepared.

really hot , i remember i was up there a couple years ago and it was so hot it was illegal to go outside for a while
