Most of the people on this site are not mean. However, sometimes we get frustrated when people don't take the time to use the spell check or to write sentences that we can understand without having to guess. Criticism is generally used to help those who ask questions here.
If by "mean," you see everyone who doesn't agree with you as personally trying to hurt you, perhaps you need some time to mature. When you ask a question, you should be ready for both agreement AND disagreement.

One spelling error is nothing to worry about. I would not recommend the lower case L in 'GigGlEs'. It makes the name look like 'Giggies'.
