It's not characteristic of the 'typical' male behavior, but so what? It could possibly be indicative of homosexuality, but it could also be nothing more than an exploration of different gender roles. The last thing I would do is make a big deal out of it. What would be the point? If he isn't hurting anyone then let him play however he wants. Don't limit his imagination and creativity by trying to cram him into a specific mold that someone else has decided is the only one THEY are comfortable with.

It would be gender appropriate if it were punk, like painting your nails black and stuff, and dressing up in BOY clothes, but if it were girly stuff, then you would be a cross dresser, which is ok.

I'd think he's a homosexual. I'm dead serious, by your teens you know dressing like a girl is fruity, either consciously or sub-consciously he's trying to express he's a little light in the loafers.

um i guess that sumthing aint clickin all the time. maybe he need so he can man up be taken on out door things. if doesnt suite him he could be a pretty boy in terms. have him go shooting, hunting. drop him off in the woods to survive for sum time. that shuld buil his manlyness! have fun

Theres nothing wrong with that. :) I used to dress my brother up too, and i think he likes getting his nails done. (even though he wont admit it)
