Well that's tough to say, since I don't know you. I don't know what you're passionate about and what motivates you. You should start with what you know and go from there. Beyond that you have to fill a need and be customer oriented... From there it's a matter of marketing. I remember one time I was was meeting with a perspective buyer of office supplies near silverlake...he was a guy who who owned a frame shop... he made the most phonomonal frames I've seen, but this guy was desperate... he was losing his shirt and nearly out of business. The problem was anyone could open a frame shop, and there's no way for john q. public to know that this particular frame shop had amazing craftsmanship, so no one bothered to visit or give it a try. So whatever you do make sure you have a plan to get what you make or sell to the public. Creative ideas of distributing your product will give you a huge edge. So it's more than just what business you go into, it's also a total plan of how to go about your business.

Several different ways to go about this. Find what interests you, Research the market (is there a buyer for your product?) How available is your product? (seaweed tea?) Where is the best place to sell it? and whats it worth? to name a few...
