There are no native PSP games for those franchises but it is possible to run a SNES emulator on the PSP and play Mario World and Legend of Zelda.

Download PSX2PSP. It converts PSX games to PSP executables.This way you can play RE 1, 2, 3, and survivor on PSP. You need your PSP to be homebrew capable or modchiped. You can also downgrade but its a bit dangerous. Resident Evil games on UMD for PSP, no. Probably never...

No, no, and sorry, but no.
All the games you listed are made for Nintendo, and keeping up
to the 'famous' tradition of keeping Nintendo games, Nintendo games, they are not sold for PSPs.
P.S if you want to play the games buy a wii (has the ability to play both gamecube and wii games)
