One of your contacts on your new account pretends to be a girl but is actually a sick guy who cons people and he was the one who got your other account suspended? What would you do and what can you do about this?

Report them both.
edit - because one of them is out to cause trouble, and it's not my place to figure out which one it is. that's why I'd report them both.

I'd block them both, and contact Yahoo. Try the new guy, "Ask Mike" You can find him on the Answers blog, and he has a regular profile page that you can e-mail him from.

If he still bothers you and you're scared, talk to the authorities. I'm not sure if yahoo can do anything...since some freaks here are out and the other day they are back in Yahoo.....

Delete that contact and get rid of your im and email in Yahoo Q&A !!! Follow the guidelines and you shouldn't get suspended ..........
