I completely agree. Lebron may be a great player, but his team certanely isn't great. The Wizards would have given San Antonion a decent fight if they had their full roster.
Chicago can play almost as good as the Suns when they are on(I think they just sort of choked against the Pistons).
And I know the Heat could have done good with a healthy Wade and Shaq. Well Wade was healthy I guess, but he wasn't confident or something.
I just wish Phoenix could have overcome the ridiculous rule and beatin San Antonio. Then we could have watched a freaking blow out for all 4 games of the Finals.

I believe the Cav's are going to have there palms complete with the nets in a protracted 7 recreation sequence where whoever comes out has to stand one of the most 2 powerhouses of the east, the piston who i believe it's going to be or the hungry bulls. Being a neighborhood Detoiter myself I say the Pistons beat the bulls in 6 and beat both the Cav's or Nets in 6 as good. After that deliver at the Spurs

If the NBA made the playoffs the format they should be (Best remaining always plays worst remaining) the Pistons would have played the Nets in round 2 and the Cavs would have played the Bulls so it would have likely been Pistons vs Cavs anyway for the conference finals. I think the Cavs had the best matchups possible for the first two rounds and then Detroit fell apart after game 2 in the conference finals.

You are totally right Chicago would have at least made it a good series they would not have gone out like the Cavs did. That was just sorry. Next year Chicago will be there

The Spurs were going to dominate whoever they played. The Cavs didnt play great, which didnt reflect all that well on the East.. but they won the East. They earned the right to be there, by destroying Detroit.

that is just a HUGE accomplishment to be "repping the East"...no offense, but everyone has said it...and everyone is right...the East has little to offer...I only watch Miami games cuz Shaq is still the man...and even there i've been disappointed...Chicago does have the best chance to be the best...next year for sure, they have such a deep and talented roster...tho i think Chandler would've been a nice keep...but everyone else...i mean look who've disappointed w such good histories: New York, Philly, Boston...Chicago just needs to deliver

The Cavs won enough games to qualify for the playoffs and beat everybody else to get to the finals. (Including sweeping the Pistons, as I recall). They earned the right to be there.

the east was pretty lame. did you see the game in which lebron played the last quarter and two overtimes by himself and still won. they should have stopped after the west championship and declared the spurs the nba champs.
