Where on your back does it hurt? what sport do you play? what motions/positions cause pain or decrease pain? There are many causes of back pain and from the limited amount of info that you gave its impossible for anyone to even remotely give you an idea of what the source of your back. Feel free to message me and maybe I can give you an idea of what is causing your back pain.

My guess would be that none of your doctors have found out what is really wrong with you. Did anyone give you exercises that you can do daily at home? That helped my neck when no one could see anything wrong but I knew it hurt. Since you are athletic, I would not give up; keep going until you find a doctor who can find out what is wrong - ask for a referral to a specialist.

go swimming for 10 minutes a day or longer.this will strengthen the back muscles and help free up movement in the spine.I was in a car wreck and suffered back pain until I swam on a regular basis.

Have you eaten any ground beef recently? It could be E.coli. But if you're a vegetarian, I'd ask my doctor... well, either way I'd ask my doctor.
