The WOMBATs won't be graded until after the test closes. The exact date is unknown.
Many fans are guessing that June 21st will be the day that WOMBAT 3 scores will be available, since it's the summer solstice, and JK Rowling often updates her website or releases important information on the solstices.
Some fans are guessing, too, that she might share a couple of chapter titles or a character description, like she did for Half-Blood Prince.

SAVE YOUR PASSCODE. This is KEY to getting your scores back.
Once it is announced that "The Ministry of Magic" has graded and delivered the exams, take the passcode to her site and click on the little WOMBAT ID card. Enter your passcode to see your results.
Good luck! I hope she does grade them by June 21st. :D
