As I can only afford at the moment to get one professional portfolio printed up, would it be a nice idea to print each page of you portfolio in thumbnail format on one A4 page with your contact details to give to the person who conducted the interview with you .. just so they remember your artwork when you are gone? would you think a future employee would appreciate this if I cant give them an actual copy of my portfolio as that is just soo expensive to get lots of them printed..

YES! This is a very good idea to do, since it's difficult for them to remember your work by memory. Another thing you can do is to build a simple website that just has images from your portfolio, and include the website on your resume.

They would definitely appreciate it!! Actual copies of the portfolio are difficult to handle and, like you said, expensive.

Hope that helps!

Their artwork and all the various initiatives they have executed. My boyfriend is at uni interpreting image layout too and he has a mix of laptop rendered and hand rendered artwork in his. I did artwork&layout yet you basically could use your portfolio to instruct off each and every thing you're able to do, do no longer shop all of it one sort of artwork. Use distinctive medias once you're hand rendering, make option techniques for each undertaking.
