No, I'm sorry, but I don't think it is good at all. It sounds foreign and very confusing and strange. Nobody with ever pronounce it correctly either. I would save my child the headache honestly, and try another pick. :o)

My research leads me to Isha Kaur as meaning "Woman Princess". How beautiful and feminine is that? I love the name. Here is what I found:

ISHA

Name Meaning and Origin

The girl's name Isha \i-sha\ is pronounced ee-SHAH. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "woman".

Isha has 3 variant forms: Aisha, Iesha and Ieshia.

Baby names that sound like Isha are Asha and Usha.

Isha is a very rare female first name and a very rare surname (source: 1990 U.S. Census).

KAUR (First and last paragraphs of reference URL below)

Have you ever thought why Guru ji, Guru Gobind Singh, gave the Kaur surname to Sikh women? Why did he not accept the status quo and keep the tradition of the woman's surname being determined by her family's name? What was Guru ji trying to achieve by calling the Sikh woman "A Princess" (literal meaning of Kaur)? .........

By keeping your unique and beautiful Sikh identity you are maintaining the freedom given to you by Guru ji. Ultimately, only those who keep the "Kaur" surname can truly understand its importance. Others will make excuses about the difficulty of having such a common surname. It makes paper work and identification difficult! Why make such excuses? We do not hear Patels or Smiths complaining. Mere excuses.

The importance of "Kaur" is truly inexpressible. It is something very unique in the history of the world.

No, I don't like it. I have a "unique" name, and it's a PIA. Frankly, I think parents who want a "unique" name (I'm not saying you're one of them, just talking in general) show little faith in the personality of their children. Did having a "boring" name stop David Letterman? He's an interesting, unique guy in his own right. You don't need an unpronounceable "unique" name to be an exceptional person.

I really don't care for Isha. If you want something similar to that, I think Isa is a bit prettier (pronounced Ee-sah). Kaur....wow, is that really even a name? I think you need to rethink that one completely.

Isha is a pretty name for a girl. It sort of reminds me of mirrors(sheesha) but in a good way.
