MIDI files represent digital notes being pressed and their nuances on a software instrument or set of instruments. Since MP3 and WAV files are digital representations of actual sound, there is no way to convert.

The simple answer is no.
Midi is a very different file type to Wav and MP3

search the net. anything is possible. i say this cause i converted mp3 songs to midi files to use on my cell phone.

Midi is instrumental sounds so you cannot do that.
