Definitely...and there are many truths to seek. A never-ending pursuit.

Yes - however it is becoming more and more frustrating because there is less and less truth in this world. We have a teflon president who seems to be able to push off his crap onto underlings like Scooter Liddy and escape the truth. He has not told the American public the truth since he was asked about his drug use prior to his first election. He never told the truth about his National Guard service - instead he cost poor Dan Rather his job. He never told the truth about what he knew about the terror plot prior to 9/11. He never told the truth about WMD's in Iraq. He isnt telling the truth about the Attorney General firings now. The list goes on and on - the man is teflon - nothing sticks. So - all in all, I think that we can safely say that under the Bush Administration, questing for truth is a total waste of time. Pax - C

We all seek truth.
If you were to view any singular truth as a circle you would have 360 degrees of differing perspectives of that truth and each perspective would be a truth in itself even though some may totally contradict others, therefore everything is a truth.

Consider this quote from spiritual teacher and author Joseph J. Dewey:

"Saying you seek is not enough. You must seek. Saying you love truth is not enough. You must recognize truth so you know what to love."

We are so exasperated with the inconsistencies and uncertainties of our surroundings that we are forever seeking truth and consistency in the external world.... however, internally we reserve and justify our freedom to have and accept our own inconsistencies.

analyzing that Nietzsche had syphiltic prompted insanity(in simple terms joking), i think of in component of certainty no longer something you will locate below a rock or something, and what's authentic for you ought to no longer be authentic for me so realising that all and sundry truths if subjective are ruled via the purpose concept: that all and sundry reality is relative, is the closest I honestly are growing to be to be.

I always look for truth, but one of my favorite guidelines in the search is the proverb, "Respect the person who searches for the truth, but beware of the one who claims to have found it."

The journey is more important than the destination, but then again you have to have a destination to have a journey.
