It is well known that NBA commissioner David Stern has focused on the globalization of the NBA over the last several years. For example, scheduling preseason games in Asia and changing the Rockets uniforms to resemble the China national team's uniform has set precident for his vision. The Spurs fit into the equation perfectly. With star players from Argentina, (Ginobili) and France, (Parker), what better team to serve as NBA embassadors than the Spurs? The issue is the subtle non enforcement of illegal dribbling by the NBA in the case of both players. Sure most NBA players carry the ball, but unlike the usual cross-over carrying, both Ginobili and most notably Parker push the basketball from one side of their body to the other. Talented players such as Kobe, instead, use their left and to change direction. It is clearly seen in the open court that Parker either puts his hand under, to carry the ball to the left or right, usually never changing hands. Conspiracy or bad officiating?

I think every guard does that pretty much. I mean, you could probably find something to call on every play of every game if you wanted to. I'm not saying there isn't a little carry going on but think of all the travels? If they started calling everything that looked like a carry it would change the whole game and make it much less dynamic.
I don't think there is a conspiracy, especially since San Antonio generally gets low ratings. Steve Nash does all that Sticky hands stuff and he can't walk down the floor without getting another award of some kind.

LOL...I get an image of you sitting alone in your basement with a little bulb swinging overhead as you watch tape over and over again looking for "conspiracies". You failed to mention that the NBA has satellites in orbit that read your thoughts so they can do the direct opposite just to tick you off. They drug all your food too, you should mention that. Grow up and get a life.
