I want to set up a blog. I would like to have a certain control over who can see the blog and who can comment on it. I have already tried Blogger, which is too open for me. LiveJournal is my current choice, but I find it awkward.
Can you recommend any other blog sites?

in blogger you have three options
-open for everyone
-open for people whom you invite
-open for only blog authors
you can find these settings, when you log in the blogger account
When you are on the Dashboard page
Click on Settings link of the blog
Click on Permissions Tab
Here you can adjust the visibility of your blog

as much i hate the site. i will say myspace. that is all i use the site for is blogging. decorating myspace is a waste of time.
