i guess you could blame the united states for putting saddam hussein in power in the first place -- who did that? lets blame him? why bother blaming. focus on doing the right thing and ending the fiasco. bush's administration has had more scandals than harding -- and harding wins most peoples worst president award because of all the scandals.
