I think that people who have a DUI should not be allowed to purchase alcohol. If they are able to get their driver's license back, it should have a restriction on it for this. When they show their ID , this would prevent the purchase of any alcohol.
Perhaps we might prevent a few deaths.

Any person who falsely accuses another of a crime. Pursuing the false accusation with malicious intent, to the innocent persons detriment(physically/financial). Serves the original punishment that crime would impose on said innocent individual. If the false accuser let that innocent person go to jail. For ever day spent in jail. Is X times how much longer the false accusers sentence will be.
Peace!!! Love!!!

Just like that Seinfeld episode where they just stood there and laughed while a crime was being committed then they were sent to jail for not doing anything. There ought to be consequences for not taking any civil responsibilities when you are a witness directly or indirectly to a crime. Doing community service (like picking up garbage) as punishment would be justifiable.

Victims and families spend 'quality time' with the pedophile. The police stand
and just watch as they beat the daylights out of the pedophiles. If he
survives put him in the general population of jail. Some major surgery
should also be performed.

Hum Good question.
If could make up a law I would said that the TEN COMMANDMENT should not be broken under any circumstances.
If they are broken, than Depending on which ones were broke there would be serious time in prison to pay even death. Then I would think everyone one think before they broke them.

This will never happen but God gave them to us and We are One Nation Under God or I should say, we should be.
Anyone not agreeing can go to prison or leave the country.

Oh yes and one more thing. Bible Reading would be a must in all schools. Look what happened when we took it out of our schools and as you can see without God, our country is going down hill fast. Lord Jesus Forgive us and helps us to be one in you.

My law would be for citizen's arrest to go back into affect, you would be able to arrest anyone that looks like they are stalking children and even put someone under citizens arrest for asking perverted questions like should gang-raping 3 year olds be made legal. This is evident that the person is a pervert & just maybe all ready doing what they are asking.
The punishment for this crime would be to allow the parents of the children to be able to place punishment on the ill mannered person.

Animal Abusers and Rapists should get life in jail...no questions asked, both crimes are cruel and inhumane and deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I have a couple of fat friends..... And I was watching a talk show once and they said "fat people that are made fun of, it is the last discrimination".

More less making fun of anyone is a form of racism. But I could see this being a future law because alot of people do discriminate against fat people, in hiring for jobs and other things.
