She would be called Shea most likely I love the name shea, so maybe you should go with that. I don't live the apostrophe. I think that Shea Leigh is a good first and middle name.

It's a nightmare for school, having the punctuation in there. I would do Shea Leigh or Shaylee if you must use that name. It's very twangy though, is that what you want?

Shayla and Hailey are cute. i don't really like how you have 'em put together. sorry.
i'd go with Shayla Rae. it's similar but slighty less "exotic" (this is weird for me because i'm really into uncommon names)
