What causes people, or groups of people to act primitive and barbaric? I used to think it was lack of education, but I am not so sure that is corrective. Any thoughts?

In many ways its because of unemployment.
They may be turned down for a job so many times that it may cause them to get mean, ugly and very disrespectfull.
Even to the point of danger to others.
The cause? We just cant handle the amount of people entering this Country any more. Same old story. The people in charge dont do anything untile its to late...

culture. i would base it loosely on culture. what is primitive to us, it may not be to others of different cultures/nationalities.
