they are as effective in preventing pregnancy, but not as effective in regulating cycles. So, do you need to just prevent pregnancy, or do you have irregular or heavy cycles that need regulating, that is what the choice should be based on.

individual. Some people have break through bledingat lower doses and need to get bumped up to a hgher dose Its all dependant on your body Work ith the NP or doc to find the best for you

i've been on the low dose for 2 years and they have been fine. i got pregnant on the higher dose before.
