i was lookin through cd's at the store today, and they are all like 16.99 and higher, except ALL the hank williams jr, ones were 5.99

not at all. bocephus has been around a long time and he's made his money, paid his dues. he's got some great box sets out that i would recommend to anyone who is a fan. plus artist don't get that much of a portion from record sales no matter how much a cd costs from any store. artists make the majority of their money by sponsering different companies (i.e. pepsi, or in hank jr's case, he did the monday night nfl theme and made royalties off of that) or selling merch at a concert.

no because his whole life everyone wanted him to sing like his dad but regardless of that he went his own way and did his own thing he has been snubbed by the music industury from the get go he has money and he does things his own way regardless of how much money he makes off his CD's and the fact that he will not sell out and do what everyone else wants him to do makes him more respectable then a lot of these other performers
