I think it's kind of dumb. I've been watching it. I loved Las Vegas 5 years ago but the reunion is not what I expected. It's constant arguing and I would've thought they would act a bit more mature. I think Brynn is the only person who has truely changed and grown into a mature woman. What's your opinion?

It is definitely different than the 'regular' Real Worlds up to this point.
I guess people are 'bored' with this show because there isn't all the excessive drinking/partying, everyone sleeping together, etc. like we've customarily seen on Real World. The only part that hasn't changed is the personality conflicts. That's going to happen no matter what age you are.
In a nutshell, it's 5 years later and everyone has grown up and moved on. Even slutty 'Trashelle' seems to have matured and is respecting herself.
Frank, as others have mentioned, is the only one who seems to have regressed. Getting pissy drunk, being destructive, etc. is something he should've done 5 years ago. He's too damned old to be acting this childish.

Yes, it was a letdown. The problem is that five years have passed and none of these characters have anything in common anymore. The drama is contrived. Does Irulan really care if Alton tried to kiss Arissa four years ago? If she does she needs to get a life. Trishelle has nothing to say, nothing to do...quite boring. Brynne has moved on with her life beautifully, but it doesn't make for compelling television. And Arissa is so unstable that I am uncomfortable watching her scenes because I feel she needs meds. And Alton...I'm just sick of him and I wouldn't put it past him to have tried to kiss Arissa. He still thinks he's Mac Daddy. And Stephen...still getting plastered...grow up. And Frank...he was boring then and he's still boring now. Now if they reunited the New Orleans crew......

I agree. I think that Frank is so putting on the party boy show. He's tries way too hard to act cool and loose and it's super irritating. I think Irulan and Arissa are still drama seekers. Arissa should just leave and Irulan should just admit that she still has feelings for Alton. All they do it drink and get into fights..I thought it would be more of them being more mature and adult like but I guess I shouldn't have expected so much from MTV.

Actually yes. Brynn is amazing now, I love her. Frank is making up for the ribbing he got from his guy friends for not living it up more the first time around. Irulan is being overdramatic. Trishelle is okay so far and is not being as whorish as she once was but something tells me the real Trishelle will come out soon. Stephen is still the same. Arissa is uptight and still looking for herself.

I think Trishelle kinda matured tho Frank and Stephen have def. devolved (or de-matured I guess you can say) I liked them better on there seasons. Arissa tries to make it look like shes a better person however shes bad at it but whatever shes the only one keeping it entertaining. AND ALTON NEEDS TO STOP DOING CHALLENGES, and Irulan well...No comment but I think shes matured to.

I completely agree! I set my DVR to record all the episodes, and last night deleted it after a few minutes....I was bored stiff!!!
Nice concept, but I think they would do better with more challenges as a way of doing a reuniting of old casts rather than take this route.

I agree completely!! I loved it 5 years ago, too. Now it's like they are just boring. Irulan was my favorite before, now she's like a total b*tch! It's so obvious that her and Alton still have feelings for each other and instead of talking about it and working things out one way or the other they just kinda avoid the whole situation and act like they're in junior high or something!! And wtf is up with Arissa?? She is so retarded!!

I agree with you. and its even bittersweet that Brynn is grown and mature because even though I'm happy for her having her own family and all, she's kind of boring now lol
