visit the laptop manufacturer's website. Usually, laptop makers offer drivers according to the laptop model. So as long as you can find the indentification of the laptop (check the bottom for a label), you can navigate the manufacturer's website (look for a "Support" or "Downloads" or "Drivers" section) to find the necessary drivers.

Note: Some laptops have several configurations, so it's possible that you'll have a few drivers to choose from before you get the right one.

you could try downloading this

http://www.download.com/3000-2086_4-10671255.html

when you install it click on hardware, and then display and display adaptors. and it might be able to tell you what the card is.

or you could find out the make of the computer do a product search or search for a review for it on google for that computer and it should tell you what is in it. (if the parts havnt been changed from the original ones that is!)
