"Juan B" is partly right, the distance and riving time are about right, but the time of day does make a difference in how long it takes you to really get there. In the morning and afternoon there are 2 rush hour periods, from 6 am to 9:30-10 and in the afternoon starting at 3 until 7 pm so you have window of opportunity in the morning from 11 am to 2:30 pm. And after 7pm in the evening, it is nicer in the summer as you have the sunsetting and the roads are less cluttered.

They are right across from each other by Niagra Falls, and there is a foot bridge you can walk from one side to the other.
