why is it called getting your dog fixed when afterwards it doesn't work anymore

I got myself fixed but I still work as good as ever!

But it does work.Just can`t make puppies.Some dogs will still engage in it but no puppies afterwards.

hahahah that is a very good point. i guess because you "fixed" your problem: there's no more possibility of him getting another dog pregnant! you fixed him!

Fixed = taken care of = no more worries = don't have to worry about little puppies :P
