I have been recommending my patients pomogranade juice since 2003 for cardiocirculatory conditions with pretty good results. I recommend that if you can't get the actual fruit, get it in powder form. It also stops the inflammation process that takes place on the lining of the arteries. But it also has protective properties on the liver and brain. It has 3 powerful antioxidants, and some of the phenolic acid family, which makes it a powerful cell-reconditioning.

Just don't buy those bottles with the liquid juice. I does nothing in your favor!

Good luck! :)

I drink Pomegranate Juice all the time and I also eat the fresh fruit when in season. It's a natural artery unclogger.
