Mine was in some small town,in southern Arkansas.It was so foul and disgusting,that I felt better relieving myself outside behind some trees.

There is this nasty service centre on highway 401 somewhere east of London Ontario most of the stall doors are broken and full of grafitti, and one of the urinals is always broken. As well no one flushes anything and to boot there is a single stall bathroom in the basement thats marked as the alternate restroom if the main one is out of service. I steer clear of that one now when I'm on the road.

a mcdonalds bathroom in the city. there was graffitti all over the walls saying really nasty stuff. there was pee stains on the toilet seat. there was toilet paper all over the floor. and the door didn't lock so i had to hold it shut with my foot. sounds nice, right?

on a field trip with my daughter when she was in kindercare--- you would think a park for school age children would have had better bathroom conditions!
even the mall bathrooms are cleaner!

I've opted for a bush once. I couldn't have held my breath long enough anyway. It belonged mostly to cats. ewww!
Don't forget to keep your bush swaying so they know its occupied
