Its a 2003 Tiburon with 87k miles for $50 under the KBB value at $8450. 2-Door. The reason she says she's selling it is because her son is graduating so they are moving and she's getting a bigger vehicle for the move. I don't believe everything I hear so you know how that goes. Okay, she said she printed off the CarFax history report. Here's the installed features:
Installed Features

* Driver Air Bag
* Anti-Lock Brakes
* Air Conditioning
* Alloy Wheels
* Cruise Control
* Compact Disc Player

* Passenger Air Bag
* Rear Window Defroster
* AM/FM Stereo Cassette
* Leather Seats
* Power Door Locks
* Power Mirrors

* Power Windows
* Power Steering
* Side Air Bag
* Sunroof/Moonroof
* Tinted Glass
* Tilt Wheel

Is it worth going for?

Hello HPK Take a look at the Technical Service Bulletins on this car. These are "heads up" bulletins sent to the dealer informing the mechanics of reported problems and their fixes. The Tiberon seems to have quite a lot of them for a 4 year old car. You should always check these and recalls on a used car your buying. Hit the summary in the lower right hand corner to get a better idea what the specific problem is. Also you want to look at the CarFax. Never mind all the options and stuff. You want to know the cars history. How many times it has changed hands. Where it was originally sold etc. Always get a CarFax or another history report before you buy a used car. And look for anything suspicious. I wouldn't buy this kind of car on account of all the TSBs on it. The Nissan Sentra might be better. Honda's & Toyota's are very good. Look up the TSBs on the Accord and Camry and see how they compare. Another thing you might do is check out Ebay and plug in your Zip. You might find something you like close to where you live. Its a good way to get an idea on what a certain car is selling for too. Good Luck.
