Sadly, your fish is a Ho, she probably pregnant again. Just joking.
But, many live bearers breed often. I not know what you have, but, suspect a Guppy or Platy.
Well, Silly me, now I see your additional comments. Yep, those Guppy Girls ....... you have to keep an eye on them. :-p
Guppies are the best fish I recommend to children wanting to breed fish for the first time.

Possibly. It depends on what kind of fish you are talking about. Some livebearers will give birth to a few and then a week or so later a few more. Also, many livebearer females can and do store sperm from a single mating to become pregnant several times, so she could get pregnant again right after giving birth.
