Anything that takes up space and has mass is made of matter. Therefore, gas/wind IS matter. :)

Yes! They are matter! Wind and gasses are made of atoms and molecules just like everything else!

If something has substance, then it's matter. By typical interpretations, energy is not matter, but thanks to Einstein, there's even a relation between the two, such that E=mc^2.

Gasses are...wind is not. Gasses are a state of matter. Wind is the movement of matter measured by an anemometer.

both of them are matter, matter occupies space and have mass, and they exist in atom or particles form. While light, waves, sound are not matter, because they do not occupy space and have no mass.
Wind is flowing of gases, so I consider wind is also a matter.

Actually yes both r...though most do not concider air to be but if u ask any professor of basic chem they will tellu it is bc of the particles in the air. We did an ex where we tested the air by capturing it in a baggie and finding out the particles and tha mass so yes it is
