why would i abandon ppl i care about? just because theyre not making the right choices? so i should drop all my fat friends? im sorry i am unaffected by peer pressure True stoners smoke because it makes them feel good....well ya know what i smoked pot for 4 years straight and then got a 93 on the asvab and passed the advanced nuclear exam

I smoked pot, snorted coke, did mushrooms and acid, popped prescription pills and every other damn thing you can think of for 7 years straight and I got a 99 on the asvabs. DO NOT JOIN THE ARMY FOR A GOOD CAREER unless you come in as an OFFICER. If you drank yourself out of college and quit 35 jobs etc., like me, then by all means quit being a pussy and just sign up for a few years. I'm an e-3 (private first class), combat medic (or "health care specialist" as the recruiters called it) currently in the army for 13 months, making $1300 a month, (on top of a $16,000 bonus)stationed at Camp Humphreys in Pyeong Taek, South Korea. Its kind of cool, (mad hot asian girls, but all they want is money or marriage) and some of the korean soldiers you work with (KATUSA) are really cool.
Listen, your friends will either get bored living on moms couch and smoking weed (like I did), or they'll do it forever and turn out to be worthless husks of human beings. It's simple as that. If they want to really live, and experience the world for themselves, they'll eventually come around. Nothing you do or say can make them do it, but what you do can set an example for them. Everyone in our country is so placated by vicarious "experiences" like TV and video games that pretty soon no one will ever leave the house, let alone become a soldier at war in a foreign country. It can be rough, but man you actually feel alive. You learn quickly to appreciate the convenience and complacency that numbs you in your home at mom's house.

Find new friends and go on with your life. You're not going to change them, no matter what you do. It's too bad they're like that but they have parents who should be worrying, it's not your job.
That's not the type of friends you want or need. Think about yourself first, then about the rest of the world.

Now just because your so called friends are doing drugs that doesnt mean you have to do them just to be cool! They are not really your friends if they are like that! You can always try to talk to them but that never works, the only thing that you can really do is walk away ffrom all that mess, and live your own life!

how lame of them. guess it's time to be brave yourself and move on without them and go to college! you can still be their friend but don't hold back just because of them!
Tell them they need to get off the couch and do something, like get a job at least. If they don't want to....well then too bad for them. It stinks, but you can't do everything for them!

I wouldn't hang out with them any more. You deserve better. Plus, if the police somehow found drugs on your friends, and you were with your friends when that happened, you could get in as much trouble as they could. I know that doesn't sound fair, but I've heard of it happening.

You go with your life and you decide what you want to do. Here start with the basic ones that will work with your life go to college and don't take drugs.

Avoid from them and ignore them if they pull you to go to any party or kindly reject their request because soon they gonna gone evil when they are out of $$ to buy drugs!

you need new friends that arent doing that. They are just a bad enfluenced on you. . . . . and it was brave to not do it even though they are but other than that you should get new friends.
