Not ironic at all to me because I completely disagree with the premise of your question.

C'mon be fair - he has continued Reagan's work in completely losing control of spending and running our kids into debt!
He is also following Reagan's lead in supporting a bill giving illegal aliens amensty.
Apparently he is also arming the insurgents in Iraq - sproviding arms to our enemies - there is another similarity with Reagan.
Admittedly he has dumped Reagan's policy of cutting and running from the Middle East

there is not blind faith from the conservatives ---- look at the immigration bill for example.
if you have listened to Rush, Hannity, Beck, or any of the other conservative radio hosts, they have been ripping Bush a new one lately.
However, bush has done a lot of things that demonstrate strong conservative principles --- defense, tax cuts, moral values, etc. --- he has stood strong with these and reagan would be proud.

Not completely true. There are a lot of us conservatives that are disgusted with the Immigration Reform Bill and have fought it tooth and nail. The same are very upset with Bush. Who follows blindly? There is another answer to the question.

GWB has not destroyed the constitution but has rendered it impotent. Reagan didn't create much if anything. Yes, he created the 1982 recession, which in turn destroyed a lot of good lives.

Reagan wasn't that great of a president fiscally. He was another warmonger who ran up a huge defitic for our kids to pay off - just like Bush, but with more style.

Because the Democrats want to give us Socialized Medicine (which works so well in Cuba) PLUS all the other Government hand-outs Bush gave us.
Where are we to go?

WOW, lot of Bash Haters and Bashers here. I am Former Military and my opinion on Bush is. The man has dealt with alot, first off 9-11, 3,000 Americans dead and Millions of dollars to repair New York City ,one of the goals of Terrorism is to disruppt the economy and Osama and the Boys did just that. War in Afgan. Florida Hurricanes, wow it seemed every week Florida was being hit with one after another, and alot of federal aid went to Florida. Hurricane Katrina, when a disaster hits like that, FEMA takes over and they did a poor job at the begining and everyone Blamed Bush and when, your the top guy you get the blame but other agencies need to step up and Congress as well, but if N.O. would have fixed the Levi's as told years earlier the damage may have been less.
Bush has also had to clean up this mess to,
AS former Military what do I know right? but I am sure that Osama and the boys Attepted to blow up the world Center in 93, I do know They Killed 19 Airman and wounded 300 Airman in 96 at Khobar Towers, I do know, That Osama and the Boys Blew up 2 U.S. Embassy's in Africa in 98, I do know that Osama and the boys Blow a Hole in the U.S..S Cole in 2000. I do know that 3,000 Americans were killed by Osama and the Boys on 9-11, 9-11 took 6 to 8 years to plan and train who was president for 99% of that time? So If we leave and they win, and they gain strengh and more followers, there gonna come fast and hard against us, so if people want to live in a left wing nut world where everything is America's Fault, someday they may realize one morning were fighting these Terrorists for our WAY OF LIFE at least Bush is doing something about it!!!!!!! Heck CLINTON did nothing about it, expect LIE ABOUT HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH A GIRL IN WOULDN'T HAVE TOUCHED IN HIGH SCHOOL, and spent more time worrying about LYING ABOUT scandals like Whitewater, PREJURE, THAN MAYBE he would have taken Bin Laden into custody in 98 when the Sudan was willing to hand him over.
Here's another one for ya
During the Saddam's time as Dictator of Iraq, he did the following,
Invaded His Neighbor we call that The Gulf war
Gassed his own People, with mustard gas
Straved and Brutally ruled his people with terror,
VIOLATED 17 U.N. LAWS FOR 17 YEARS!!!
Refused to allow U.N. WEAPONS INspectors to do there job
Was Bombed in 98 by Clinton with the same intell Bush and CONGRESS HAD TO INVADE.
His savagely beat and killed who ever opposed him
Bought weapons with oil money from France and Russia that was supossed to feed his people.
HARBORED TERRORISTS CAMPS AND WAS A STATE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM OF THE WEST.
Has a plot to Kill George Bush our President
Is that enough reasons for you
Yeah we should have let Saddam stay in power he was a GREAT GUY, glad he is dead, and most sane people are

Blind faith and support? Doubtful, generally Conservatives don't have blind faith in anyone. Unlike liberals they are able to separate a issue from a person.
