I have a front porch about 15 feet long ..i would like to plant some knock out roses to grow a nice hedge in fron of patio ..i m wonderring how many do I need how far do i have to plant them apart ?

You're in luck, I just planted some knockout roses. The roses grow to be around 3' tall and 4' wide so you will need about 4 of them, 5 if you want a tight hedge. Plant them about 3-4' apart. They are beautiful and need nothing except some well drained soil and an occasional watering. From what I've read they do well in almost any soil and even perform well in the shade. You don't even have to deadhead them or prune them. Enjoy them. I love mine.
