Do you think starring questions is based on popularity?

I could ask a question and get two stars and somebody later on asks the same exact question and gets ten-twelve. What's up with that?

I can ask a question and not get any stars but you let Judas Rabbi ask a question and everyone but me gives him a star.

I wouldn't think it's based on popularity. I'm not popular but I do get some stars. But if you and another person asks the exact same question, maybe the other person has more contacts than you or maybe he or she truly is popular. ;)

I always try to star the questions posed by those in My Contacts. Figure it's the least I can do, especially if I don't answer them for whatever reason.

lol yes, its called the Halo Effect, someone who is known for gud questions well be more lieklee to have gud reception of aney question they ask. its the same thing weth grades, a lot of times when a failing student does something gud, its not recoized, and when a top student does less than perfect werk, they let it slide ♥
