I live in New Orleans,Louisiana and I have a hunnybee hive in my backyard and I know that there is a law that says that you cant kill over 100 bees so since there is that law is their anyone that knows who and where can i find to get rid of this problem.

locate your local bee keeper. They will usually remove hives as a service to the community. Don't kill them. We need them more than ever now that bee populations are dwindling.

You are mistaken. Honeybees do not build hives. That is most probably a hornet or some other species of bee.

There is no law on the books in any state that says you cannot kill bees that have invaded your yard or home.

call animal control first they should be able to direct you to a service,your town should have a extension office in agriculture ,they can help also call the police they also can direct you,.stay away from them and keep pets away to.
