Go to Start>Run and type dxdiag.exe HIT enter and there you go..

Yes, there are lots of way that you can do this. I recommend a program called Everest Home Edition. It pretty much tells you everything about your computer. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html For RAM, go to www.crucial.com.

Right click on My computer icon on the start menu and choose properties. That should do it.
