It is 674 miles if you bypass downtown San Antonio
Thats about a 10-11 hour drive

take 48 to US 77 to Corpus Christi then take I-37 to San Antonio. I recommend taking the I-410 loop west to I-10
go west to exit #307 which is US 190 go 4 miles to Route 305 to US 385 then east on I-20 to Midland
