Look at Zodiac (California), BTK (Missiouri), Son of Sam (New York), John Wayne Gacey (Illinois), Ted Bundy (Florida) just to name a few. But why do you pick Ed Gein instead of Jeffery Dahmer as teh typical wisconsin resdient?
