I want to drive very soon since I be 16 in about 3 mouths.

Depends on where you are from. My high school was in Chicago and the way it worked was you have to get 150 hours of day and night driving with your parents while keeping your permit on you, pass the initial driving course with the instructor... then the best part... If you received a B or better in the course, you were given a waiver and all you had to do was go to the DMV, take a picture and pick up the license.

There are two ways to get that.
1) go to any underground "outfit" that sells IDs etc..... which can supply you with any ID and driver's license for Cash only of course - no questions asked.
2) do a lot of test driving with a friend who has a valid license. You may have to get a learners license first - that's how it works in Canada. I assume the same rules apply in the US.

Go to your local DMV (department of motor vehicles). They will tell you everything you need to do in your state. Please be careful out there.
