Well 3 6 Mafia did win an award for their song on the movie Hustle & Flow,but personally I like Akon better.

Three 6 Mafia!!
Akon is a crackhead who has like 3 wives (look it up!!), and his music is crap. Honestly, I could make all of his songs, and i can't sing or rap very well.
Three 6 mafia has won awards, and they rap about what they know. Their music is honest in every lyric, and someone who's not rich and in the clubs every night can relate to them.ANDD, they have a show on MTV. Akon does not.
That's what I think.

definitely akon...he has a funny voice so he can use it to sing...36 mafia is more about crunk rap...i'd say akon can produce more quality songs though...although i like them both...my vote is for akon
