then got swept by Philly in Shea
then lost 2 out of 3 from Detroit
then swept by the Dodgers.
as a die heart mets fan i want to hear your opinions on the slump and how to fix whats wrong

As a life long Met fan I am totally embarrassed about what is going on with my team. We are way better than this and our play over the past two weeks has been unacceptable. We need to turn things around and turn it around quickly. We have this huge series coming up with the Yankees starting tomorrow and I do not want to loose not one game to the evil empire.
Hopefully being back home with the home coming and the home crowd behind us we will start to turn things around.
All of our big named bats need to start swinging and playing the way that I know we are capable of.

It's just that, a slump. Every team has one during the season. The Red Sox are in one too. Both teams will rebound well and will win their divisions.

I woudn't worry about it. every team goes through a slump from time to time. I'm sure they will start winning again before u know it.

you read it here first!the mets Will turn it around,they will not lose the rest of their games!as a matter fact.....it will probably start this weekend....i guarantee that we take at least 2 of 3 from the yanks!

The Mets suck. Omar Minaya is the reason. I can list all the mistakes he's made but it would be way too long and I'm tired. Omar must go!

I love it mets are the worst team in the NL this year! They can't hit can't pitcher and Wright needs to get sent down he is BAD!!!
