Khaki pants, polo shirt and shoes that aren't sneakers. That's what I'd pack if you were my kid and the packing list for camp said "Casual Dress Outfit". It's probably for awards night or something.

That would mean that you may want to pack kahika, or black pants and a nice button up or polo shirt that is plan. Dressing casual is kind of like dressing up but with out the tie and jack. Its more of a nice shirt and a pair of pants.
