I have replaced the hoses, and it is still losing it's charge about every three or four weeks. Where could it be leaking?

Compressor, condenser, evaporator core, expansion valve, Schroeder valves, or seals. Have the system charged with dye, and you can find the leak with a black light.

the best thing you can do for it at this point is run the dye through it and see if you can find where its going to,its such a small leak that it will be really hard to find,id rather have a real fast leak than slow one any day,the dye will show up a lot better on a fast leak also, there could have been a small o-ring that got pinched when you was replacing the hoses on it,anything is possible,it can also be the compressor causing it to leak down like that ,a bad seal will do this, your best bet is to run the dye through it and run it until it shows up,it may take a while but that's the only thing you can do for it,good luck with it.

The AC compressors on these trucks are notorious for leaking. The o-rings that seal the body sections together fail. If the bottom of your compressor is oily, that is most likely your trouble. Easiest way to find a leak is to put dye into the system and run it. Look for the dye and it will show you the leak. If it is the compressor, don't bother buying a used one. Been there, done that, did it again with a reman. Good luck!

There are a number of places it could be leaking. Take it to an a/c shop and have the system checked or leaks with a halogen leak detector.

Condenser, probably.
Buy a refrigerant recharge that has die in it. Where ever it's leaking out will be identifiable due to the colored die at the leak site.
