Baby shower bingo:
You can download bingo cards on the net or just make your own. Instead of numbers, the bingo cards have baby items or words on them. (bottle, pacifier, diaper, etc.). The first person to get bingo wins a prize. You can actually play this game several times.

Baby Memory:
The hostess/host displays a tray of baby items (about 20 things...bottle, baby food, baby powder, etc.). The guests have to study the items for about 30 seconds. The host removes the tray and the guests have to list as many of the items as they can remember. The person with the most wins a prize.

Baby Predictor:
This game doesn't have a winner until later, but it is still fun. You want to have the guests fill out a card sometime during the party. On the card, they have to predict the date and time of birth, weight, and length. If the gender of the baby is not known, that can also be a question as well. The person that is the closest will win a prize. We sent a framed picture of the newborn baby to the winner.

Guess the baby food: Buy a few jars of baby food, remove the labels, and write either a number or letter on each jar so that you can keep track of what the flavor is. To play: pass the jars around the room and have everyone guess what flavor baby food they are. You can either have them guess by just looking or open the jars and have everyone taste.

Poopy diaper game: You'll need a couple( three or four) different snack/mini sized candy bars and the same number of diapers. Before guest arrive or without anyone seeing, slightly melt each candy bar in microwave and place one in each diaper. Play: Pass around and have guest guess what type of candy bar is in each diaper.

Clothes pin game: You'll need the same number of clothes pins as guest. As each guest arrives, they get one clothes pin to pin somewhere on themselves. The object of the game is to not say a certain word or words....like "baby" "pregnancy" if known already what the babies name will be, etc...you chose. During the party whoever says the secret words gets their clothes pin taken away by whoever catches them saying it. At the end of the party, the person with the most pins wins.

I went to one recently. They took pampers and put certain smells like taco sauce, tuna fish, BBQ sauce, etc in the diapers and numbered them. They sent the diapers around and let people smell them and whoever got the most smells right won a prize. Some had to get over the mind part of it as it looked real with some of the smells. They had Worcester sauce too.

Another one was putting jellybeans into a baby bottle and see who could come up with the closest number of jellybeans.

They also put names of people in the bible and we were suppose to name the child of that person from the bible. I didn't do so well at that one.

I have been to others where you had to feel safety pins in rice and whoever got the most out of it in a time limit won.

Also have the mommy go out and disappear and then have people write down what she was wearing or ask what color her eyes were, etc.... That sort of things.

Get a collection of several different color/flavors of baby food, take off the labels.

Then number them 1 through however many there are (have a sheet where you wrote down the flavors for each number and set it up before you tear off the labels, that way you have a way of knowing which is which)

Have everyone number a paper 1 through whatever, and pass them all around, and have everyone guess (on their own!) what flavor goes with what jar. Afterwards whoever got the most correct wins.

A poopy diaper game. Everyone comes in and as they do you give them a little folded up piece of material. In the color of the baby's gender. Then about the middle of the shower, everyone unfolds the diaper, in 1 diaper there will be a little dot of dried up mustard. That is the poop. That person gets a prize!

Have all of the guests take a guess at the mother to be's waist size. At the end of the shower, measure her waist and the closest guesser wins a prixe.

I remember a really cute one from a shower I went to years ago. It's a cross your legs game that takes place from the time the guests arrive.

As each guest shows up, give them a little pink or blue clothespin to hook on their clothes somewhere.

The rules are that you aren't allowed to cross your legs. If someone does, the person who catches them gets their clothespin(s). It keeps going until one person has all the pins, and they win a doorprize.

You get everybody to bring a baby picture of themselves and a recent picture. You put up the recent pictures and then mix up the baby pictures and everyone tries to match what baby picture goes to what person.
