I want something cute. I am 20 years old. Green eyes, tan, current dark hair (dyed) Its just very boring color. Its also to my shoulders and I need a cut to give it body..Any cute ideas?

blonde is always nice for the summer and it goes great with a tan. if you want some body to it, get layers and that'll make it look thicker. good luck :)
