Last night there was a spider in my room. I think it was a daddy long legs but I am not sure. He was almost as bige as two toes. I was wonding what kind of spider is it. I know it can't be a brown recluse because it was smaller than a brown recluse. The spider was brown with skinny legs. So what kind of spider is it?

Harvestman. These spiders are the most venomous spiders in the world, however, they cannot bite humans. But, these arachnids are NOT spiders. They are simply Arachnidae.

All spiders only bite if you scare, or startle it. As far as humans go, anyway. The majority of brown recluse bites happen in people's sleep, I believe...because people roll over and smash them up against a wall in their sleep, scaring them into instinct. Black widows are generally aggressive to all humans bothering a nest with eggs. However, sometimes the black widow will still run away from you.

the only brow spider you have to worry about is the brown recluse, you'll know if you spider is one because the brown recluse has a violin shaped dark brown patch on its back. If your spider doesn't have this then assuming your not allergic or have a weakened immune system a bite probably wont hurt you much.

As I recall a Daddy Long Legs is not truly a spider, but I'm not sure.

I killed a spider with a yellow spot the other day and it frighetned me.

But only RED hour glasses and BROWN markings are deadly.

Most spiders are MORE afraid of you then you are of them!

I just leave my room for a few hours and by the time I go back I forget about it and its probably gone. But next time you see it get a shoe right away if its on the floor or somewhere easily to each Smack It! :P and if its on the wall or ceiling, or somewhere hard to reach, just keep throwin the shoe at it till you hit itt! Then i'm too scared to pick it up and throw it away once its died so I get someone else to do that for me later hehee Goood Lucck
