Wow....just had a huge thunderclap break over the building where I work! It's pouring with rain now, anyone else love watching the lightening?
Used to hide under the duvet when we had stormy weather, but love it now!!!!

God I adore thunderstorms.
We had one a few years back that was weird but beautiful. There was hardly any thunder but loads and loads of lightning. It went across the sky but it was forking and the colours were amazing. Blues, greens, pinks, peaches and purples.
I watched it for about 2 hours and then the rain came suddenly. The raindrops hit the ground and were about 2 inches in diameter as they hit. It was so sudden and I was looking up that one hit me straight in the eye and I had a black eye for 2 weeks after.
Best thing though was the clouds. As the storm approached from a clear sky they rolled underneath each other like someone kneading bread. I've never seen anything like it before or since. Stunning.

i think of I understand what you're asking. each and each lightening bolt is somebody experience that occurs hundreds of thousands of cases around the earth each and daily. specially situations many such electric fees unite and leap for miles in the clouds. each and each lightening bolt is somebody experience, and thunder outcomes whilst the air separated with the aid of the plasma in the lightening collapses returned at the same time. by the way, lightening strikes to earth do no longer initiate from the cloud to the floor. The polarity is such that a lightening bolt starts off on the floor and types a circuit to an opposite overhead electric charge in a cloud, and completes the electrical powered circuit all of us understand as "lightening".

Yeah, I love thunderstorms. We used to sit on the front porch during storms and watch it, until one time some lightning hit not far away. I remember one time watching a storm in the distance at night. The southeast portion of the sky kept lighting up. I never saw so much lightning! It was really cool.
