Hard Disk Failing?

I tried running a hard disk test and got the following error- "Test Failed- Self Test Status Value- 7 (Completed with the read element of the the failed)". Can anyone tell me what this means?

HDD is toast

Doesn't have to mean its failing. When it fails, it runs WAY to slow, and makes clicking noises. Try downloading speedfan and running a hard drive test there
