I took off the tape where my surgery was done. Now I have sticky stuff from the tape. How can I get it off?

Honestly, I would just keep showering like you normally would until it comes off. I just had surgery too and it's awful to get off. You can try rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover with acetone, but that might sting a lot.

You can try rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.....be CAREFUL at the incision site. Neither one works great, scrubbing with soapy water over time was the best remedy for me.

You van get the edges wet. Rubbing alcohol will sometimes help. You can pull it away from the middle and lift up.....or you can just rip. But becareful not to injure anything under it. If you can get it wet get in the shower and remove it.

I would try vasoline and leave it on for a while..otherwise you will need to use warm water and a rag and just scrub it lightly..it will come off. you will probably have a red mark from the scrubbing but that will go away.they should have to take that off for us.
